How to prepare for your move to Denmark

What Documents you’ll need
Moving home is stressful enough without paperwork getting in the way. So we will ask you to put your signature on only two forms: a service contract and an inventory list. The sooner you send the completed inventory list back to us, the better. Also, it’s a good idea to print a copy for yourself and the driver/s, so that you can easily check off your belongings upon collection and delivery. Having provided a detailed inventory well in advance of your move date, you will make sure that your household contents are loaded properly, without any overweight risk.

It is true that a subcontractor is used for pick up, loading and delivery, but what a workhorse Marius was! We had a very competitive quote, and it was clear that the service is only for moving the goods, packing, helping to load and insurance were done by ourselves. So you do need to be prepared! All in all a great experience moving from NL to the UK- all on schedule and intact.

It is always a bit nerve-wracking paying in advance for a service you only know through online recommendations, but we were impressed at every stage with European Moving.
